We currently offer shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost and Expedited services. When you order from our site, Canada Post calculates an estimated delivery date according to the service you choose and the time and date of your order.
Xpresspost
• Please note that Canada Post considers early delivery to mean that they have provided excellent service; you may not feel that way if you have set aside a particular day to receive your order and it arrives the day before.
• If your order arrives after the date specified, your shipping fees will be refunded promptly. We will refund your shipping charges and launch a complaint with Canada Post.
• Please note Xpresspost shipping is not applicable for Flat Rate/Free Shipping
Expedited (Canada Post Expedited Shipping is applied to Flat Rate shipping orders.)
Canada Post does not guarantee the date of delivery. Your order may arrive before, on or after the date specified. In most cases, your order will arrive on the date specified but this is not necessarily always the case.
Damaged Shipments
We package our shipments to standards higher than the Canada Post requirements but, on rare occasions, some items may become damaged in transit. When you receive your boxes, please do not sign for any boxes containing damaged items (please go ahead and sign for any boxes that have items that are all intact). We will immediately ship you a replacement at our cost and launch an investigation with Canada Post. Boxes that you do not sign for will come back to us via Canada Post for inspection.
Incorrect Shipments
Our record for order accuracy is well over 99% but we do sometimes make mistakes. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will immediately ship you an adjustment order at our cost. For shipments of alcoholic products:
• A person 19 years of age or older will be required to sign to receive the order.
• If there is no one 19 years of age or older available to receive the order, the Canada Post representative will deliver the order to the nearest postal outlet. You will receive a card indicating the location of the postal outlet where the order can be picked up by a person who is 19 years of age or older.
• The Canada Post representative may ask to see valid identification to prove age.
